The Founder of Inward Shifts, LLC. I have the honor of walking alongside
those who desire to make inward shifts, which foster spiritual growth, and deepens intimacy with God. My mission is to provide transformative spiritual experiences, primarily for women, through:

My spiritual journey has been deeply shaped, through a long process of discernment and life experience. Earlier in my career I spent many years helping people navigate financial decisions and their professional image requirements, but I often found that the most meaningful part of those conversations was when people shared their fears, their grief, or their hopes with me for the future. These conversations strengthened my listening skills and gave me a deeper understanding of life’s complexities. Now I’ve been called instead to hold sacred space, provide a listening heart and avenues which foster stillness, rest and avenues to rediscover hope, healing, and an awareness of God's movement in your life.
